You will be met at the first location, a reserve with stunning views of the iconic Seven Sisters. At this location, you will be offered a freshly brewed, complimentary refreshments including coffee from one of the local coffee roasters and locally sourced biscuits. From this location, we will look for migrant and resident birds on the Nature Reserve. We will be able to contemplate how to incorporate wildlife and stunning views. A Seasonal locally sourced picnic lunch will be provided with a stunning view of the park, this includes locally made bread, cheeses, charcuterie. After lunch, you will be guided to the next park location. This will give us the chance to see some of the birds that can be found on the river and lagoons and explore how to use light and water to create a great image. Before heading for home, we will visit England's tallest chalk hill figure where we could find a few birds and possibly butterflies in this area too. Finally, we will head to the local brewery for a brief tour and complimentary drink.
We have over 15 years of experience in teaching Photography and Birding. Chris has taught photography up to degree level and worked in many different environments exploring and finding the perfect photographic locations. Tim is a National Park Ranger and award-winning bird photographer. He is both an enthusiast and passionate advocate for wildlife and the landscape and has expert knowledge of where to find all of the native and migratory birds.

From your accommodation, you will be met at our first location a local Nature Reserve with stunning views of the iconic Seven Sisters. From here we will be guided to head a beautiful country park. Here we will have the chance to see some of the birds that can be found on the river and lagoon. Finally, before heading for home, we will visit England's tallest chalk hill figure and then the local Brewery for a brief tour and complimentary drink.
We will host you for the day, all meal and drinks will be provided by us, you will have access to our brand new camper van all day so if the weather is bad you can shelter and stay warm with nature.
