We will start with the local market tour or garden on the rooftop of the school (Yes we have a garden of the rooftop). You will learn about Thai ingredients and also you will see a lively market in the morning. Then you have to prepare your ingredient, cutting, peeling, cleaning, watching and making coconut milk with your hands. Cooking style at the school is simply amazing and super easy, we make sure that after you have learnt from us you will be able to cook at home. After a hard time of working, reward yourself with a precious meal you have cooked. Everyone is welcome to Mamamakesmemeal, food lover, kids, family, couple, vegetarian, religious, nationalities, genders or colors. It's not just only about the food but you will learn the culture, the people, give and take. we will exchange our experience.
I’ve been cooking and selling my own food since I was 11 years old. My family has a small grocery and I started by using the leftover meat and vegetables from the store. The best part of cooking is when someone else does the dishes, so I also cooked for friends. After taking a gap year and spending time abroad in China, the US, and Australia, I decided to study to become a chef. I started my career as a teacher with a small cooking school (Silom Thai Cooking) and 8 years later, it was known as one of the top 3 in Thailand. Now I have my own academy in my own style—local, cultural, simple, fun, and suitable for everyone. Come learn to cook one of the most delicious cuisines in the world.

Our place is located in city center, Silom area. You can come by taxi, BTS (Train) or bus. The academy is on the 3rd floor with 3 rooms (preparing room, cutting room, dining room) are in air condition. Office is on the 1st floor. We have rooftop garden where you can chill out or sometime when you have followers of course you can tag them along.
