We will have you meet us at our Yoga Studio located at 3788 Mission Blvd in San Diego, CA.
We will send you information to help you prepare for your experience which includes :
Please be prepared by bringing a towel, a way to secure your sunglasses to your head,
we recommend a hat and sunscreen.
We will give you a short overview of how to use the paddle, anchor, life vest, and board. Once we have completed our discussion, we will each grab our own gear and walk across the street to Mission Bay where we will launch our boards. We will paddle about 5 minutes and secure our boards by anchors. Once we are lined up and secured, we will begin a slow, steady, secure yoga practice which involves cued poses as well as easy modifications for those of you that prefer to not stand.
We will move through the asanas for about 40 minutes and then experience Savasana (lying flat on your back on the board) for an additional 5 minutes. We will then stand up and paddle back over to the shoreline. Remove our boards, wrap up our anchors and place them in the anchor bags, and carry our gear back to the studio. We can rinse the sand off of our feet here, towel off, and take some group photos. We will recommend some great local restaurants within walking and encourage you to stay in Mission Beach and make a day of it!
