The trip starts at 5:30PM at Lotus Tower at the Central Square. We will have a short briefing on the night activities and then make our way to the city suburb and enjoy our pedicab/tricycle ride while catching the sunset over the rapidly growing city centre. Pedicab/tricycle is a traditional mean of transportation that presents in Vietnam since the French colony time. We will make our first stop near Cham Po Nagar Temple to enjoy glutenous rice cakes dressed with different meats and leafy green seasonings. A quick “wrap-and-roll class” will be taken out. Our next stop is stuffed pancake, you will have the chance to "do-it-yourself" with this food. Continue our journey, we will visit a 40-year-old beef BBQ restaurant that is very popular to the local but not on the tourist map yet. Final stop is for dessert and there’s nothing can beat tropical fruit. There is a little 'twist' on how they serve this treat that you’d better discover yourself. The trip ends around 9:00PM at the meeting point and you can enjoy the evening beach vibe.
I'm Yasin. I was born in Ho Chi Minh City but then moved to Nha Trang couple years ago. I am co-owner of Vitamin Sea Hostel and have a great passion in hospitality and service businesses. I'm co-hosting this experience with my friends Tony and Tyler. Tony and Tyler are Nha Trang native and fluent in English. Growing up here gives them a deep understanding of the city, from the magnificent waterfalls, the incredible remains of the Cham people to the delicious Vietnamese cuisine. We are very interested in meeting guests from around the world and show you what our country has to offer.
