I'm a professional Italian Chef and founder of the Italian Cooking School in Melbourne "White Truffle". During my career, I've acquired my cooking skills working in many well-known restaurants in Italy before moving to Melbourne, where I love to share my passion for Italian food with other people.
You will enjoy a welcome drink before making your hands dirty by preparing different shapes of fresh pasta. We will use a selection of local ingredients to make three delicious Italian sauces to match each pasta prepared. Then, we will cook and enjoy the pasta we prepared together accompanied by a glass of wine.
