You will enjoy a welcome drink before making your hands dirty by preparing different shapes of fresh pasta. We will use a selection of local ingredients to make three delicious Italian sauces to match each pasta prepared. Then, we will cook and enjoy the pasta we prepared together accompanied by a glass of wine.
