This is a mini retreat! We will set intentions for ourselves , and say a prayer of gratitude for the forest and the journey we are about to take into her. Building a threshold into the forest to step over as a representation of entering and leaving behind old ways that no longer serve us and going inward for personal/emotional and spiritual growth. We will practice presence by awakening the senses. A guided mediation. Speak on self love and self love practices like meditation, hiking, alone time in nature etc.. we can’t truly love Mother Nature if we don’t love ourselves. I will dive into following our intuition, and our hearts so that we might find our callings and purpose in this life. I will take the individuals on a leisurely, moderate level 45 minute hike with stops along the way to take in coastal views, to journal and learn the names of plants/trees and connect with Mother Earth. Once to the top of the mountain the individual can take some time to themselves for reflection and journaling or lounge in hammocks as they soak in the 300 degree views of the central coast.
Hello! My name is Jessica Stout and I am a Co-founder of Copaiba Wellness Co. My journey into wellness started years ago with my own health issues. I found western medicine was getting me nowhere but sicker so I began trying to heal myself through Alternative methods. It sparked a fire in me for all things health and wellness. I began making changes in my life, and during this process I also embarked on a spiritual journey that led me into the mountains to live and explore nature and the connection it opens a person up to with themselves, their source and others. With my years of education in meditation, energy work, massage and knowledge in restoring the mind, body and spirit I will guide my guests on a short hike creating a space for them to journey into creating a connection with nature and their heart.
