Let's meet at Tempe Beach Park for a 1-hour outdoor fitness experience created to revitalize and increase energy. Designed by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer this full-body, circuit-style routine will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular system in a gorgeous and inspiring environment.
We’ll begin atop the Veteran's Memorial overlook and perform an invigorating warm up while we take in views of the lake.
Next, we'll travel to a bougainvillea covered gazebo with more lake views. Here I’ll lead you through your resistance routine, using modifications to make it appropriately challenging for you.
Then we'll move to a grove of Palo Verde trees which are usually full of dragon flies and jack rabbits making the most of the shade. Here, I'll lead you through your cardio circuit.
Finally, we’ll go through a rewarding cool down near the Tempe Center for the Arts cascading water feature. You will burn tons of calories, build strength in a beautiful setting, and finish feeling accomplished.
Other things to note
This experience is for all fitness levels. All routines can me modified for the individual. No experience is necessary, just an interest in sweating in the sunshine and getting fit.

I had two sessions with Janelle and was a great coach. She has a soft approach that worked for me but I could still sense that if I needed to be pushed harder she could definitely fit that role too. She started with a very basic overall workout that still left me sore, our next session she pushed me harder with more cardio and core exercises. Before and after each session, she always asked what I wanted to work on more and my level of fitness. She is very active with her messages and always inquired about me. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this to others
