Bani Nanda started Miam in 2015 with a vision to popularise neoclassical French cakes and macarons in New Delhi. She operates a professional kitchen and workshop studio in Lado Sarai. She enjoys teaching and interacting with people who love to learn about new ingredients and techniques. She has been featured on Vogue India, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Grazia, L’officiel etc. In this class, she will teach you how to make a modern French lemon tart but using limes from different regions in India.
I left my 9 to 5 job to become a conscious food, lifestyle & travel writer. I launched my own platform to help explore & give recommendations to travellers on where to eat, stay & check out some hidden places to visit.
