We will meet at our office in Troutdale at 9am before driving out to Timothy Lake (approximately 1 hour 45 min drive). This lake provides some of the best views in the Mount Hood National Forest! At the lake, your experienced guide will assist you in inflating your paddleboard and provide instruction to help you stand and paddle effectively. After a morning paddle session, we will enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach, with optional swimming. After lunch you will have additional time on the water before packing up and heading back to Portland, arriving around 5pm.
Other things to note

I am the Director of Rare Earth Adventures, a guide service that has been bringing visitors on incredible adventures in the PNW for 13 years. Myself, along with my guides Cody, Misha, Emily and Daven are all Wilderness First Responder certified, and safety remains at the forefront on all of our adventures. Your paddleboard guides, Misha, Emily and Cody, grew up in the PNW, learning to surf and paddle from a young age. Their patience, extensive knowledge, teaching ability, and passion for the water is apparent as they interact with guests and share their love for the outdoors.
