Meet at 19.00pm at Patrick and Karen's home in Green Point Village, a heritage area in Cape Town. Singles, couple, locals and visitors are all welcome. Just so you know we market this experience on other platforms so there are usually at least 10 to 14 guests. You will receive a mocktail or cocktail and meet the other guests as they arrive. Bring your own wine to drink with your meal. Guests then move to the long dining table where they will enjoy a vegan or plant-based multi-course meal using the best ingredients available and the healthiest cooking and food preparation techniques. Expect a starter, an amuse bouche, a main course, a trio of desserts and a vegan cheese platter plus tea or coffee. Make sure you come hungry. This is an ideal opportunity to socialise, chat, ask questions and maybe make new friends from South Africa or who-knows-where.
I, Patrick and my wife Karen, are your hosts. We love food - making it, eating it, and sharing it. We're committed to a plant-based or vegan lifestyle and believe healthy, compassionate and tasty are not mutually exclusive terms when it comes to dining. We've done various vegan and raw food courses in South Africa, the UK and online including: - Matthew Kenney, Rouxbe, Demuths and many more. We never tire of learning new ways to make good healthy food.
