All the year we are cooking class will with a magnificent seaview. We can welcome 8 persons, you’ll cook main course and dessert from Nice. To start you’ll discover pissaladière with olives from garden and red peppers with olives oil and garlic. A delicious spritz before the meals. Dishes are variable, according to the tastes of each and possible food allergy. Once the lesson complete we will set the table to eat in a friendly atmosphere with 2 glasses of wine per person and a limoncello. In this moment, we realise raviolis with truffle oil, ceps, dry tomatoe, ricotta, sage butter from garden.....we change every time!!!! See you soon
From horticultural family of Nice, my childhood was rocked by dishes of Nice cooked by my mother specialy the sunday in our family home with olive tree. Aïoli, polenta, bagna cauda, pan bagnat, ganses..... Today I live in this home who still reathes this traditions !!! We regularly share our meals with guests from several continents and organizes cooking class to cook gnocchis, raviolis, pasta....But I can organize others dishes of course !!! For dinner and lunch the week end and dinner all the week, in a good mood with an exeptionnal view on the sea, 15 mn from the city in a green oasis. I cook only vegetables and fruits of season with something from the garden!!!
