Guests can experience Japanese traditional home cooking ,suitable for each season/month. The host will explain cooking process and show participants how to cook and then participants experience interesting and important parts of cooking, ,all within the scheduled time. Once the cooking is completed the participants move into the traditional tea ceremony rooms and taste dishes together. Then host will answer questions about cooking method, process,or ingredients. The dishes on which cooking are served then are sets of Japanese antique plates from Edo period which the host inherited over generations.
Born and raised by parents who run a Japanese restaurant from 1965. I am used to Japanese cooking since I was a child and have worked in the restaurant in my teenage. In recent years I have been studying Kaiseki cuisine originated in Edo period （18th−19th century) to further improve my knowledges and recipes For the experience date, please let us know your desired date even if it is not displayed in the calendar.
