Our 3.5 mile fitness tour is adjustable for any fitness level. We'll have someone dedicated to taking pics/videos joining us throughout the tour on the weekend afternoons. •We'll jump in with a quick and easy warmup. •Then we're off! We take a light jog to the bottom of the stairs where we begin our first round of H.I.I.T inspired group workouts. Then venture up our 1st flight of stairs. Plenty of rest and photo opportunities available. •Ready to head back down? Great, we'll hike down our 1st less traveled scenic path then go for a light jog on our 2nd different scenic path around the general area heading back to the stairs. •One more round of light workouts before we head on up the stairs :^ •We'll finish strong with a hike down our 3rd different scenic trail leading to a short jog to our well deserved cool down.
Hello everyone! I'm excited to share my special outdoor fitness tour with everyone looking for a unique and nature filled workout :) I'm an active, medal collecting, obstacle course, and 5k runner. Over the past few years I've trained for pain, lol, and every year I go back for more. The Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Battlefrog races have become a highlight to my active lifestyle. Race day may only be a few hours, but the training is year long. My special workout at these steep hills and never ending stairs has developed over time after each race using the trails less traveled.
A good amount of our time will be spent taking in 3 special scenic routes only a handful of locals know about. These 3 paths are considered rough terrain so our focus here will be a relaxing stroll to take in the view as our active rest. The workout tour in its entirety comes out to roughly 3 miles not including elevation/incline/ height of hills or stairs About 2-2.5 hrs
•We may encounter people with horses or dogs. •Easily accessible restrooms with running water & toilet paper •Dress appropriately for the weather •Eat a light meal or shake before arrival
