To begin our tour we'll experience Budapest's historic coffeehouse culture by visiting a local café for exquisite coffee. Next we'll visit a local market and try different types of Hungarian sausages from regions around the country, including our Venison and Mangalica pig. This feast also includes our famous pickled vegetables and some of our finest cheese. Then we visit a street-food stand to try one of the most typical dishes of Hungary. Later we walk to the ruin-bar district, sharing a lot of history along the way. This is also the city's Jewish Quarter, reflected in the food offered here and also in your dessert. The tour includes a stop at one of Budapest's best Hungarian restaurants, where we can sit down and have a choice of soups and a secret bite, all with legendary Hungarian hospitality. We'll enjoy a fine Hungarian wine that dates back to Thrace, Europe's oldest settlement.
