This bike tour is leisurely and allows us time to enter many sites which might not be covered on other tours. I have it set for four hours but it can be completed in three depending on individual pace and how much time is spent at each site. I have a route that will cover the major tourist areas of St Augustine as well as church architecture and the Lincolnville Historic district which was a large part of the civil rights movement. We'll also see majestic Spanish moss covered live oak trees and beautiful Victorian homes, both as is and rehabbed. We'll bike by important waterways, parks and cemeteries. We will go into Flagler College to see the painted rotunda and mosaic tiled floor as well as stepping into the old Alcazar pool (literally). There will be sufficient time to enter the churches (dependent on open availability). Since I rent the upstairs of my home out on Airbnb, I have recommendations from guests for many restaurants that I would be happy to pass on to you. I also have great spots to stop for coffee, ice cream, or "other" beverages if you so choose.
Cookies, snack bar, raisins, nuts

Hi, I'm Andrew. Having grown up in Washington DC, I developed a love for history. I moved to St Augustine four years ago and have learned so much about this amazing historical city. I have been doing private tours via golf cart for over a year and am licensed by the city of St Augustine. I am also an avid bike rider of the stop, look, and explore variety. My wife Patricia and I have a successful Airbnb and we really love our guests and telling them all about St Augustine.
The sites to tour include Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest street, the oldest house, Flagler College, Alcazar Hotel, Lincolnville neighborhood, Robert Hayling Park, St Augustine Distillery, San Sebastian Winery, Flagler Memorial Presbyterian Church, Photios Greek Orthodox Shrine, Cathedral Basilica, and Mother Leche Chapel at the Mission.
