A circular classic walk of 4 miles, including two ferries and spectacular views of the Fowey estuary. We leave as foot passengers on the Bodinnick vehicle ferry. There are a couple of climbs/descents but much of the walk is roughly level, contouring above the river and Pont Pill. There is an option to visit the Church where Daphne du Maurier was married. We return on the Polruan foot ferry. CEREAL BAR provided, included in experience. Plenty of opportunities for cream teas or other refreshments on our return to Fowey (not included in experience price). FERRY FARES INCLUDED IN TICKET PRICE.

Bodinnick is a small hamlet next to the River Fowey on the east side. The next section is along country footpaths bringing us to the former port, now sleepy hamlet of Pont. From here we have the option to visit the charming church at Lanteglos-by-Fowey. Another stretch of footpath through woods and meadows brings us to the village of Polruan at the mouth of the Fowey estuary; from here we take the foot ferry back to the Fowey side of the River.
