We will start the cooking class making the dough with organic flour. Every participant will prepare their own dough. After learning the art of dough-making and kneading, you will learn about the history of pizza throughout Italy and the secrets of a perfect pizza. I will show you the art of rolling out the pizza dough and creating a vast variety of classic and gourmet pizzas with different delicious toppings, using only the freshest and best ingredients. The pizzas will be cooked in my traditional stone oven especially designed for pizza baking. We will eat the delicious pizzas fresh out of the oven together enjoying some typical Italian beer or wine, according to your choice !
I am a Professional Chef and creator of several successful food-projects in Italy. For many years, I had an important cooking school in Rome along with my restaurants (#tricoloremonti, #tricolorepaninigourmet). Now I am a Food designer and a Food consultant (#inblackstudio). I love the countryside and my life is between Rome and Tuscany where I select and grow many products I use in my recipes.

The location of the kitchen studio is a historical pasta factory from the early ‘900. The factory stopped producing pasta in the 1960’ s and was then transformed in a building hosting mostly contemporary artists, an Art Gallery, a Photography school and many other creative studios.
