We'll go out into one of the beautiful green spaces in Singapore and practice a mindful meditation to ground the self, form a better relationship with Nature & get in tuned with the subtle energies around us. We'll start with 5-10 minutes of Breathwork to calm the mind, followed by 20 minutes of Grounding Meditation (releasing negativity & tension within the self into the earth) and 20 minutes of basic Yoga to invigorate the body. I will show Guests how to still their mind by observing & interacting with the Natural world, such as Trees, Moss, Birds and many more. I will introduce Guest to local flora & fauna, and we would forage for dried flowers, leaves, sticks & stones to create a Mandala. We will end off with 10 minutes of Gratitude Meditation to give thanks to Planet Earth.
I was born and raised in Singapore, where I often felt the need to get away from the hustle & bustle of the concrete jungle. Meditation gave me an outlet to go inward and find stillness & peace from the stresses of city-living. Nature is also painfully scarce in Singapore, in relation to our bigger neighbours in the region. As a result, I grew up with a profound appreciation for all things Green.
