Have you heard of "Drink local & Eat local"? If you understand that golden rule, this experience is right thing for you! Local wine bar and shop (more then 300 Serbian and international wine labels) is the place where one of us will be waiting for you. We will have an introduction to the vine-growing and wine-making in Serbia and then we go from theory to the practice, to understand everything better! There will be a nice selection of white and red wines followed with the typical Serbian starter/finger food. Vranac, Tamjanika and Morava are waiting for you! You will taste 5 different wines (1dl from each). Four wines come from indigenous grape varieties and there will be one well known international, but produces in Serbia. After the wine tasting is over, you can buy Serbian wine as well as wine from Balkan region for take away or you can enjoy in the wine bar. Paying in cash (dinars only) or by card for extra services if needed. Dobro došli! :)
In a first line I am a Belgrader and I am a licensed tour guide for Belgrade and Serbia. Serbia is not really known as a "wine country", but Serbia has long tradition of wine-making and in last 20 years plenty of very nice and quality wines showed up on the market! I will present you Serbian wines and winemakers on an interesting and educative way. I speak and guide on English, Russian, German and Serbo-croatian. This experience is also available on Italian. Dobro došli! :) Check out my Instagram profile: @dobri_guide_serbia
