Visits will take place in the evening at our wine cellar where you will be surrounded by the sight, smell, and taste of wine. On your visit to our winery, you'll learn about what we do on a day-to-day basis for our small, family-run vineyard. You will receive an explanation about our techniques including how we harvest, press, and ferment the wine in the most natural ways possible. We'll then lead a tasting of white, rosé and red wines accompanied by local/regional snacks to complement. We'll help you identify different flavors and aromas in the wine in addition to distinguishing the differences in the terroir. Depending on the season, there is also the possibility of tasting the wine at various stages of fermentation/aging.
My husband and I are organic and natural (no added sulfites) winemakers in the South of France. We started our own vineyard five years ago after my husband had been the cellar master of a nearby winery for over 7 years. We do everything from the grapes to the glass to make sure the wine best represents us as well as what our region has to offer. We love sharing our passion with those who are interested in what winemaking entails as well as enjoying a glass or two with our guests. My husband is French, and I am American, so both English and French tastings are possible.

If you're looking for an authentic winemaker's home, look no further. Our wine cellar is located a 3-minute drive from the center of Vauvert. You'll take a short winding road through grape vines, and parking is available right in front of the cellar (just watch out for the chickens). You'll be surrounded by vines as far as the eye can see along with a pasture with typical white Camargue horses.
Both wine connoisseurs and amateurs alike are welcome. Everyone has something to bring to the table.
