The sound of a gong induces a state of meditation and relaxation, which facilitates the movement of chi or prana throughout the body. On a physical level, the vibrations lowers stress levels, stimulates blood circulation, and accelerates cell regeneration. The healing frequencies of the gong activates the parasympathetic nervous system - our "rest and digest" response. Experience a sense of connectedness and peace as we are lulled from a Beta (awake) state, into an Alpha-Theta (meditation) state; a state that allows our bodies to relax and rejuvenate, clearing blockages to restore balance within our system. Each session begins with Mindful Movement and Pranayama techniques based on Kundalini Yoga, to clear stagnant energies and ready the body and mind for the practice. Essential oils from Young Living will be used in the session, to awaken the senses and enhance the practice.

The session will be held at a meditation studio in central Singapore. There are many F&B outlets in the area. A private room will be rented for the session.
Please wear clothing that you will be comfortable to move, sit and lay down in. Drink plenty of water before the session. If you have any injuries or concerns, feel free to ask me before the session.
