We meet at the entrance of my home and first of all we'll have a good italian coffee, some biscuits and a nice glass of fresh water and we begin our "work" to prepare two fresh pasta format using sicilian ancient grains flours. Each guest find on the table his colour-printed menù with a bilingual description of each recipe we'll cook and before starting I tell the guest some historic and traditional elements about the sicilian ancient grains and about the tradition of fresh pasta in Italy. When we'll be on the right track, we'll sip a glass of prosecco and we'll have a fast appetizer. When everything is ready, we seat all together at the table to enjoy the fresh pasta we prepared with a glass of good wine. Look at my calendar to escape some special offers...
