We will be doing a 20' functional training session and finishing with a 30' stretching and yoga poses. At the end, we will all close the practice with a specific relaxation and meditation before beginning your beautiful day. Let's begin the journey towards self-love, unity and connection! So what else could be better tan practicing near the beach, on the grass, next to a beautiful Hotel named Hotel W and under the sun of the first hour. The location of the experience takes place next to the Hotel W, not facing the sea but in a beautiful and quite area on the Grass and under the trees. The work out has to be done on the pavemen to ensure effectiveness and benefits. Yoga poses Will be executed on the Grass. I do provide yoga mats, though I do encourage you to bring your own if you already have one. You must prevent me in advanced if you do not bring your own mat. Fire up the core and work on! Move consciously and practice with intention.
My yoga classes and fitness training sessions are in open spaces . They are a wonderful, powerful and dynamic practice that develops the strength, flexibility, and vitality that we all have inside. I am co-founder of Soler Yoga Wellness Enterprise which offers private and group lessons, yoga clases and specific trainings for corporations, hotels and people from everywhere. I was certified in Paris and worked in that beautiful city during 3 years as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and was sponsorized by adidas in Brazil and Tokyo. We will be close to the W Hotel of Barcelona, a modern and trendy hotel built in the early 2000s. The experience will take place on the pavement and the Grass with the views facing this beautiful hotel and very near to the beach. The área is gorgeous and cozy. Conveniently enough, at less than a five minute walk away from this hidden treasure you can find coffee shops, restaurants, cafes all great places you could enjoy after the class.
Try to wear comfortable clothes, be on time and bring a smile for a fun time. If you are motivated, we can also go on a small tour for drinks or a healthy meal on a local favourite place of mine.
