In the kitchen of a charming and artistic apartment of my friends Ilaria and Stefano of Li.Home in the very hearth of the city, you will craft the traditional art of home made pasta making with an innovative and funky twist that will allow you to create amazing fresh pasta dishes, fabulous to taste and wonderful to see (and show to friends)! We will create 3 different kinds of fresh pasta and then will combine it with 3 different sauses made by myself, according to the fresh ingredients available on the current season. You will enjoy complimentary Tuscan red wine "al fiasco" and a light appetizer. At the end you will have a tipycal Mocha coffee and as farewell you will be given few recipes dear to me.

Hello! I’m Enrico and this is my FUNKY FRESH PASTA EXPERIENCE. I’m a chef with a working experience in London (for more than 5 years), Milano, Roma and Livorno, my home town, where I ventured different activities as the main chef and as food consultant. During my career I have gained high skills for international, fusion and vegan cuisine and have attended at the famous "Boscolo Etoile Academy of Chioggia" the course "CUCINA CREATIVA PRIMI PIATTI" + " SPECIALE PASTA" that makes me competent and passionate about fresh pasta
