We meet at the bus stop just at the entrance to camping Stoja in Pula. From there we'll walk/drive a bit towards our start and finish point where we start with equipping, basic rules and safety. Coastline is rocky so we need to focus on different styles of moving around: walking, sideways traversing, climbing, jumping, swimming. During this fun activity, especially when we - photo catch - crazy jumps, we get the opportunity to explore and get to know coastal area from different perspective. We cover about 400-600m of coastline and explore few caves, jump in the water from sea level and/or the height that makes you comfortable. Part of active coasteering lasts about 1 - 1,5 hrs, depending on your physical condition and conditions on the sea.
Hi, I'm Tea and I wish you a warm welcome to Pula :) After 8 years in lifeguarding on the beaches in southern Istria (Croatia) and being a swimming teacher, scuba diving instructor and a passionate "sea person" with a bachelor degree in Sports & recreation, I've decided to run my own small outdoor company. From being a co-founder (AktivistSport 2012) to founder (Pula Outdoor 2018), I've shared my love for environment and the sea with many interesting people from all around the world. I'm holding a Lifeguard certificate and did Coasteering Skills Training Course in the heart of where it all started, Cornwall, UK.
