PaddleFlow® Yoga: A combination of Yoga, Pilates & Stand Up Paddle Boarding! This class takes your favorite poses & exercises & puts them on the water. Yoga, Pilates & SUP are great for building balance, coordination, endurance & core strength. We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper stroke technique, launching & progressions to standing up. Then we will safely launch onto the water, do a short warm-up paddle, anchor the boards & add in fitness, Pilates & yoga on the board!

Lindsay Lambert- Certified SUP Yoga, PaddleFit Instructor & Open water coach. I am a certified SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga instructor through Bliss Paddle Yoga™, a PaddleFit Core Coach through PaddleFit, Certified Swim coach through ASCA (specializing in open water swim), and TRX (suspension training) Instructor through Fitness Anywhere™. I have a 20 year background in life-guarding, water safety and rescue . This will be my 6th summer teaching SUP classes and racing paddleboards all over the PNW. I have the knowledge and certifications to keep you safe on the water!
