Prepare to be dazzled by the moon and/or sun as we photograph it rising (or setting) over San Francisco's iconic landmarks. I'll share advice on the best camera settings for nighttime photography. Before or after our shoot lets gather together for a drink where we all can share in some knowledge in photography. Most tourists typically capture the city in the daytime. These evening twilight images will be unique photographic souvenirs of your time in San Francisco. Note: please prepare yourself in substituting moon/sun photography to other San Francisco's scenic's due to weather. Please be prompt, thank you, 1-415-215-3813.
During my 30 years as a photojournalist at the San Francisco Chronicle, I've captivated readers with intimate photos of nature—mainly of the sun, moon, and fog at play with the city's monuments. My moon photography is well known in the Bay Area thanks in part to my book, "Mystical San Francisco." I’ve won numerous photography awards, and I was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.
The moon (or sun) rise and sets at a different angle off the horizon each month, so the meeting spot will vary. Generally, it will be within the city of San Francisco.
