This is a small group experience of only 4 guests. We'll drive from Sydney to the Blue Mountains, and then hike a trail away from the busy tourist hub, passing waterfalls, visiting photogenic and tranquil lookouts, and taking in views from the clifftops. This is one of my favourite places to hike and it's a wilderness area that's listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. We'll also stop by a gallery to see the work of established local artists, check out some unexpected street art, and visit cafes to discuss barista techniques and share Australia's love for coffee. Unique flexible itineraries with a very small group of only 4 people. The Blue Mts are wonderful in any season. Autumn or Fall (March, April, May -mild temperatures, decorative tree-lined streets as the colours change, active birdlife, perfect for hikes. Winter (June,July/August) cooler temps. stunning clear blue skies, atmospheric misty mornings, winter flowers. Spring (September/October, November) -warm sunny days, abundance of blooming wildflowers , active birdlife, perfect for hikes. Summer (December, January, February) -usually hotter days, bright blue skies This day-long trip is a chance for you to see why the Blue Mountains are so special. I have ECO Pass accreditation for the Blue Mts National Park. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains are a breath of fresh air away from the city. We'll trek parts of Jamison Valley (stunning waterfalls and escarpment views), visit amazing hidden lookouts, discover some hard to reach locations in the Grose Valley near Blackheath, as well as other lookouts, the Lost Bear Gallery, and any of a number of great cafes.
