You will arrive at our equestrian facility and if early be asked to relax and enjoy a seat in our lounge while I finish preparing the horses. At your appointment time I will take you to meet the horses and be fitted with an adjustable riding helmet. You will learn your horses name and be able to pet them before mounting. I will help each rider one on one to mount and understand the basics on how to keep your horse still while the other riders in your party mount. Once all the riders are mounted I will go over the basics on how to steer and make the horse go and stop. Once everyone is comfortable your group will head out to tour our 64 acre farm on horseback. I will be with you the entire time to help with any questions or issues that may arise as well as advise on how to navigate tighter turns or hills. We have a variety of open areas as well as enclosed wooded trails to explore. I will share my knowledge of horses in general as well as specific stories about the horses that live here. If anyone is nervous I will put a lead rope on their horse keeping them close to me at all times. You will each be on your own horse. After the ride we will give treats to the horses.
