I'm an urban art lover and expert. I've got a PhD in Cultural & Postcolonial Studies and yes, my thesis is on Graffiti e Street Art. So you'll have a chance to explore East London artscape with a doctor in Street Art! I'm also an insider of the scene, as I'm friend with some street artists. I'm a curious explorer of the city, keen to discover art interwoven and hidden in the urban fabric.
We will walk around the vibrant and trendy Shoreditch, a hot spot for Street Art, where there are still some pieces by the mysterious Banksy. We'll explore the lively Brick Lane, renowned for its Indian restaurants and its everchanging artscape.
Incredible! My gf and I researched a lot of the Airbnb Hosts for Street Art Tours, and chose Maria. We definitely made the right choice. For reference, I don't write reviews often, but really felt that Maria did an exceptional job. She's highly knowledgeable in Street Art (she has a PhD in the subject!) and is also very active in the local London street art scene. If you are looking for a real experience with a real expert, I would highly recommend going with Maria :)

We absolutely loved Maria’s tour! She is a true professional and is knowledgeable and passionate about street art. She even catered for all our needs, including questions from 5 year olds. She has been working in the environment for years and knows most of the artists personally. We would never have been able to see all those amazing pieces of art and neighbourhood without her guidance. I wouldn’t do it any other way. Cherry on top of cake was her restaurant recommendation where we enjoyed a yummy curry.
