*Available from the 15th-19th March during the festive Fallas period. The city celebrates Saint Joseph the carpenter by building giant sculptures, placed all over the city. After 4 days of glory the statues are burned, saying goodbye to the old (winter) and welcoming the new (spring).* In the main city square we will first get a chance to explore the beautiful motifs of the post office and town hall buildings. We will then begin our tour of some of the most impressive Fallas monuments around the city, including 3 special edition Fallas where you will be given local insight into the different meanings and messages contained within the intricate sculptures and learn what inspired their design. We will enter via the exclusive section to the special edition Falla that most inspires us, where you can really get up close and personal! After, we will pay a visit to a members only Fallero clubhouse, where you can meet some of the people involved in making the Falla and join them in their celebrations. On the morning round, we will finish the tour with a bang at the amazing 2pm daily mascleta. In the evening round we will end in a vibrant part of the city where you can find lots of places for dinner or an evening drink to absorb the festive atmosphere! *A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to the Fallero clubhouse that we visit, helping to keep the Fallas tradition alive!*
I am the founder of Valtournative, a local business aiming to help people connect with the real Valencia by experiencing many of the amazing things that the local region has to offer. I am a Spanish national but I speak fluent English and I have lived in many places around the world, so I know what makes a place special and exciting to experience! I have owned the company for 5 years, and shown many people the beautiful and lesser known parts of the Valencian region.

On almost every corner of the city is a different Falla monument, built by the club connected to that street. We will wander the streets of the city, be amazed by the varying designs of the Fallas and learn about the clever political messages hidden within the sculptures. The Fallero clubhouse is located in the same street as it's monument. Here, you will be able to immerse yourself in the Fallero world and share in their festive spirit!
