Before cooking, we do some exercise like Doin or Yoga. And some lecture about macrobiotic. Then we cook macrobiotic cuisine. I acutually decide todays recipe but we can arrange recipe. Depend on weather or body condition. If you have a allergy, please let me know. And this lecture is for experience of Japanese macrobiotic, not for cure deasease.

We cook at my house. But my town is famous for Bonsai and botanical garden. Some place is walking distance . We have bicycle which you can use. After meal you can feel nature, if you want to.
