Come hungry and ready to learn! During this interactive dining experience, I will show you how easy it is to make ramen noodles from scratch using my own personal recipe! Then, we'll combine this with a delicious bowl of 10-hour Tonkotsu broth that was prepped earlier in the day (vegetarian, vegan or gluten free request can be submitted after booking). This two-hour event includes the pot sticker (gyoza) appetizer, ramen and mochi as a three-course meal.
Ramen. Pot Stickers and dessert Vegetarian by special request in advance
I'm a formally trained ramen chef at the International Ramen School in Yokohama, Japan. I took to ramen's simple ingredients and robust flavor. It's my favorite dish from all my travels and a staple of San Francisco's Japanese and Chinese communities. It's surprisingly easy to make, so I am eager to share this thousand-year-old culture with other foodies.
We'll conduct our hands-on cooking experience at our restaurant space in Mission District, a culinary hotspot in San Francisco. Please notice that our restaurant does have an alcohol license and no BYOB and any outside food and drinks are allowed. We do sell a selection of beer, wine, sake and non alcoholic beverages.

Be sure to follow the instructions in the welcome message that you will receive after booking if you have special dietary restrictions! This experience is for making ramen noodles only. Please message me if you're interested in learning broth, eggs or everything else.
