I found a passion in food. For years I have loved to prepare food, getting inspired by all kinds of recipes but in the end always ended up creating my own version. Curiosity and personal events have taught me that it is not just important how food tastes, but even more that it nurtures you. To cite Hippocrates 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food'. So I decided to take a closer look and become a nutritionist (main focus on raw fruit and vegetables, gluten-free, sugar-free) - and it's not all just about eating raw carrot all day as some might think.
