We will meet in front of our first creole restaurant and I will introduce myself and a little history of the city. We will go into the first restaurant have a sample from there we will go to 4 other restaurants in the area that’s full of history . The area that the tour is hosted in used to be the African American red light history was born along with great musical legends such as Bolden .
Our tour actually provides enough food to total a full 5 course meal
I am a vip hostess of an event venue so hospitality is my specialty . I also am a liscensed tour guide for the city of New Orleans. I am a foodie and a history major as I appreciate the architecture of New Orleans. I have been giving city tours for over 5 years and I love to meet new people and share my culture with them .
Our first restaurant is a creole restaurant where we will enjoy a shrimp Poboy The second restaurant we will enjoy gumbo The third restaurant grilled oysters on half shell The forth restaurant we will enjoy fried alligator. The final restaurant is where we enjoy bread pudding for desert Our last stop is where we will enjoy a live jazz band
We are a walking food tour in case of rain be advised and bring an umbrella. Parking garages are accessible. We are near the street car .
