We will begin our adventure by meeting at Bette Bendixen Park, which is part of a historic stagecoach route. We will then take a short 5-minute hike to Rabbit Pond where we will have a picnic provided by Greens Please. One of our tour guides will pick up the food for everyone beforehand. We will then Uber to our next destination where we will explore an old dam and gold mine quarry, both which are over 100 years old. After exploring this area, we will hike up to Tooth Rock to soak in the panoramic views. Tooth Rock is said to have been used as a marker for the Native American during their long journeys. Total we will be hiking around 4 miles. The hike to Tooth Rock is a moderate climb so make sure this is the trip for you. The entire experience will be photo-documented by one of our Hidden San Diego team members. Each guest will receive a Dropbox email of the entire adventure with all photos professionally edited.
Food will be provided by Greens Please. We will email you the menu beforehand so you can choose what you would like.
We will be using Lyft as our transportation.
