Depending on your level of experience, I will adapt the training. In all cases, we'll start with a warm up session to get your body active before we get into the action of Muay Thai! I'll teach you some techniques and we'll get them in practice with some bag and pad work. The intensity of the training depends on you! I can push it really hard or keep it softer, to your demand. All sessions will finish with a few stretching exercises to help your body recover from the training. Get ready to move and learn Muay Thai, the amazing national sport and ancient art of my home country, Thailand.
Hi! I am a Thai native, pro muay thai fighter and coach. I spent 13 years of my life training and fighting professionally in Thailand. I fought in many different stadiums including Lumpini (Bangkok), Rajadamnern (Bangkok), Max Muay Thai (Pattaya), Petchbuncha (Koh samui), and many more. I retired from my pro fighting career in October 2017 when I moved to Canada. Since then, I keep teaching the art of Muay Thai to all levels from first time beginners up to fighters.
I will provide all the necessary equipment: hand wraps, gloves, skipping rope, and all teaching equipment.
I will welcome you in my second home: Thai Long Muay Thai gym. At the junction of Parc and Petite Patrie neighborhoods, in Montreal, this gym is the coolest local spot for all martial art enthusiast. With a laid back and friendly atmosphere, this is where I teach all the time, to both locals and tourists who want to get into Muay Thai.
