I will prepare sliced raw fish and immediately start teaching you how to make your own sushi. In less than an hour, you'll be able to make 6 to 8 different types, including tuna, salmon, and more. *When it is not possible to buy a fish by bad weather etc, I may change it. I ask for your understainding. We will not make Makimono—rolled sushi—as it's a bit more difficult. ★★★ ★★★ If you would like to select another time or day, please send me a private message.
I worked in Akasaka, Tokyo at one of the best sushi restaurants area in Japan. My restaurant was listed on the Zagat Survey before. I graduated from a sushi school, which also had a sushi restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide in 2016, 2017, and 2018. You can experience making sushi at other places, but it will take more time and you'll need to use a knife to cut the fish. The lessons I teach are quick and easy, and everything will be prepared beforehand. It will be a fun activity, and you'll learn about sushi and Japanese culture.
if it is big group we'll meet at a local community center in the Shinjuku neighborhood. OR small group is we will do it in Yotsuya. It is also Shinjuku area that is about 5min by train from Shinjuku station. Please check my message when you book it. Everyone is welcome—no cooking experience is necessary. We'll conduct this activity without using a knife.
