I have been working as a licensed tour guide for 20 years. In love with the region where I was born and with the town I live in, Tours, cradle of French Renaissance, I created this tour in order to share my passions. Indeed, I practice sports daily (running, crossfit, cycling...) and am passionate about history and architecture. During the tour, I will also be happy to give you lots of tips about where to eat and drink, my other passion.
1 small bottle of water, carried by me, per person for the jog
The river banks and bridges of the wild Loire river in order to spot rare birds (I am a bird watcher and worked two years on a boat on the Loire river). The old historical city centre in order to understand medieval and Renaissance architecture and to see unique spots (unknown to most visitors) (for example, the shop where Joan of Arc had her suit of armour made, or the passage way leading to the execution square. The 12th gothic cathedral.
Make sure you check the weather forecast in order to bring the adequate clothes. We run under all types of weather. I will be carrying a backpack to put your small valuables in.
