Wether you're in Cape Town for work or holidays, sophrology can hlep coping with the fear of flights, enter a relaxed state of mind, get a better quality of sleep, release anxiety... - We will start with a groupe presentation as well as a presentation of the discipline, its principles, how it works physiologically and its range of applications. I will be happy to answer all your questions and share about neuro-sciences and the many well being techniques that exist. - Next you will learn and perform several selected exercises of dynamic relaxation, which if practiced daily, can transform your life, and greatly reduce stress and anxiety. - Following the physical exercises you will participate in a guided exercise of mental relaxation. - Finally you will enjoy snacks while sharing about your experience. Fresh juice and local fruits are usually on the menue.
