I am the procurement director and head of tea tenders at Teance Fine Teas. I have spent years traveling around the world, visiting tea gardens and learning about the ancient art of artisan tea. I specialize in teaching classes on white, green, oolong, pu-erh, and herbal teas from China, Taiwan, India, Japan, and locally. I also incorporate mindfulness practices, understanding the health benefits fo tea, and expert brewing techniques into my experiences. Participants leave my class knowing more about the culture, history, and joy of tea than most ever understand.
