We will begin in our unique outdoor pagoda "talking story" about food & farms before tasting tropical fruits in our produce processing facility and food hub. From there, we will feed the chickens (all 400 of them) in their outdoor coop. Afterwards, we will drive down the road to our production farm with sweeping views of the Wai'anae Mountains to meet the sheep, harvest carrots and tour the colorful fields.
