I will greet people at the door, offer them something to drink. My idea is to have the mise en place ready but, teach them how to weigh all ingredients out. Then continue with the method. We then mix and knead the dough. Then while it rises it will allow for people to eat, drink and mingle. Shape the dough. Let rise once more as I can explain some history, anecdotes and clear any questions. We then top it with herbs or veggies of their choice. Then bake. Wait for it to cool, cut and the best part taste.

In my everyday life I run a furniture business yet, my passion since I was a kid has been food. Sadly health reasons don't allow me to work in the industry so, baking has become my ZEN place. I have gone both to culinary and pastry school; I'm very proud degrees. As a host I feel like I could not only impart my knowledge and techniques; it will also give me the satisfaction of being able to be back in the kitchen in the comfort of my home while meeting people from all walks of life and o countries, and cultures. Which, brings me closer to my other passion, travel. So its a win win!

Guest will come to my house and the process will happen in my kitchen but while socializing and eating that can happen indoors or out in my backyard which is a retreat on its own.
