This is one, and the best seller, of the wine tastings and wine tours we do at the reservation only de Lima's Wine Bar. We will first start by evaluating six wine, 3 whites, 3 reds so we can have a grounded knowledge before we pair it with a cheese and cured meat board. We will go from simpler to more complex wines, differences between organic and regular wines, and you will end this experience by knowing how to choose the wine you like the most at the supermarket back home!
Rafa: Ultra luxury hospitality experienced in 5 countries and 2 continents in brands such as The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale USA and Geneva Switzerland, Kempinski Malta, Rosewood London and Michelin Stars in the South of France, and WSET certified from London school (currently doing the last level, 4). I am a wine producer and have a wine website and wine tours. (rafaeldelima.com) Hippo: Born in Paris, lived in Moscow, Brazil and South Africa. I studied tourism in La Rochelle, in the west side of France. I love to surf whenever I am not tasting wines (I am trying to taste wine while on a board but haven't pulled that one off yet). I did my internship in Rioja where I had a blast. Then, I spent last summer at de Lima's with Rafa and we really connected! I am now the manager of de Lima's Wine Bar where I am constantly sipping on wine!

We will discover the different wine regions of Portugal. How the climate affect the performance of the wine, why and how wines taste differently.
Luxury bread will be complementary. Unfortunately, I do not use gluten free bread. Complementary water will be available as well. It is wheelchair accessible.
