We start the walk at our meeting point at Meher Chand market and walk along the Lodhi art district along Block 6, 9 and the lanes of the Lodhi colony. The walk finally ends around the Khanna market where we will end the graffiti photo walk with a group picture. The walk will introduce the graffiti scene and artist from India and the recent graffiti movement in India. We will explore the lanes of Lodhi colony and take the walk participants through some of the recent artist who have created amazing artworks like Daku, Harsh Raman, Anpu, Inkbrushme from India and global artist like Senkoe, Niels Shoe, Saner Edgar & more. You will get to see the best of Street Art Festival work which happened in the last few years in Delhi and some of the latest walls done by International Artist. The journey of street art in Delhi and some beautiful walls to take picture and memories back from India.
Gaurav Raturi is the curator of GreatWallsofIndia, an initiative to document the graffiti and wall art scene of India, Gaurav has been a graffiti curator, finder and photographer. He has been able to curate most of Indian graffiti on his platform. Now the community on Instagram has more than 12,000 followers and more than 30+ regular contributors from across India on Instagram and 1200 pictures. An MBA turned Film Curator, Gaurav has lived in Delhi for last 30 years. Great Walls of India is a project he has been working on since the last 5 years. He is a passionate film and culture lover.
