Catch the California sunshine and join me for a yoga class with a beautiful Santa Barbara Beach view! Whether it's your first time practicing, or you are a seasoned practitioner, we will talk about your goals for your session. We will practice breath work and movement. Whether you would like to work on flexibility and tension release, or work up a healthy sweat and tone, I have over 6 years of experience to guide you through your specific requests. This session is designed to help you connect physically, mentally, and energetically, all while enjoying the classic beach views of California!
Hi I'm Christine! I am a certified Yoga and Group Fitness Instructor, and a registered E-RYT Yoga Educator with well over 1,000 hours of logged teaching. My ample teaching experience includes my years in studio management at Corepower Yoga Inc., teaching abroad in Costa Rica, and much more. I have recently started my own Yoga and Wellness business, and currently teach employee yoga for local central coast companies, in studios, privately, and for a High School Program. It's my passion to share yoga and wellness with as many as I can!
Yoga mats and props will be provided. A refreshing lavender cloth will be given as an option for the end of class.
Your yoga experience will be held on the sand or grass area of Chase Palm Park. Located on the bike path just past Santa Barbara's well-known Skater's Point, you'll find a beautiful area near the pier. Classic California palm trees and the amazing Santa Barbara ocean will be your view. Feel free to walk down the bike path and explore, or hop across the street to delicious restaurants after your class!
You are welcome to bring your walking shoes and explore the surrounding areas. Or rent a bike/scooter nearby. Grab a bite on the pier after class if you're hungry, or walk to the Santa Barbara Zoo.
