What you will do: To start your health re-set, we will jump into warm up activities to get the blood pumping, with a plan catered to your level of fitness. After, we will indulge in a healthy breakfast, and I will spend the next hour educating you on nutrition, explaining concepts around macro and micronutrients, calorie intake and the best foods to eat for your fitness goals. When you've finished digesting, we're off to test your balance through slack-line training to strengthen the core muscles, or push your limits at the gym before winding down and working on mobility through various stretching techniques. Our last stop is the most beautiful viewpoint on Koh Phangan, where you will have great opportunities for photos and any last questions in regards to your new journey ahead. I promise, you will leave the morning feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to face your new road to a healthier version of you!
