Hello! I been involved in Rafting for over 20 years, doing this activity in central and southAmerica for many years in differents rivers and expeditions, where the experience and the judgment to decide when to do it or not, depended mostly on the changes of levels in the river and its difficulties, also taught me that there will always be two rules that can not be broken: 1) security first, 2) always fun . Since I ran for the first time the Suarez river, I fell in love with it, its rapids, its landscapes but more the love of my land ... remember the risk is that you want to stay!
We must drive around 50 minutes outside of San Gil, getting into a beautiful landscape well-known Suarez canyon, paddling in the suarez river for at least 1.45 minutes.
