This guided meditation session will help you ground, cultivate balance and be more present during your travels. I will de-mystify meditation with clear, concise, and practical guidance. I will go over the basics of meditation (taking your seat, breath focus, finding your inner station, cultivating an inner awareness). I will begin the session by introducing you to a breath work practice that calms the nervous system. I will then guide you through classic mindfulness meditation techniques for 20 minutes to bring balanced relaxation, restore your energy, improve well-being and clear the mind. Mantra Practice & non dual tantra practices will be offered to experience more depth & increase focus. We will discuss the underlying principles of meditation, on the power of gratitude, on bliss consciousness and on developing a daily practice that supports you wherever you are. No prior meditation experience required. However, those who meditate consistently, will leave with many new techniques to deepen & renew their practice.
I love guiding & sharing meditation techniques with others because it has been one of the most beneficial, healing and grounding practices of my life! I've studied mindfulness meditation, goddess energy meditation, non-dual tantra meditation & shamanic rituals for the past decade and have completed several teacher trainings with mindfulness meditation teacher Mark Coleman of Spirit Rock Center and the highly regarded teacher of spiritual tantra philosophy, Sally Kempton. I offer guided meditations in a relaxed and open atmosphere for all levels so that it can be used as a framework for practical life change. I am a meditation guide, a Spanish professor, a yoga practitioner of 29 years, a mother of two and the owner of Aurora Adventures LLC, an authentic tour company.
We will do the meditation at my home. I have a dedicated meditation space in a wooden bungalow in the backyard that is 5 feet off the ground, this space is ideal for 1 - 2 people. If you have a larger group, we will offer the meditation in my living room ( see photos). Also, I can come to you at your location. The beach near my home is an option as well, weather permitting. The meditations I guide are suitable for beginners and those with a long-standing practice. I will accomodate the practice to your needs. I will bring meditation cushions but we could also use chair
