A mindfulness & yoga coach, I've worked internationally for the past eight years helping artists and bankers, jewelers and lawyers, moms and CEOs dive into awareness. I specialize in making mindfulness & yoga easy, tailoring them to you, your interests and lifestyle. I've trained with master teachers, traditional healers, monks and nuns during my 11 years in Thailand and continued to refine my skills durning my 6 years in Hong Kong. As a science major and former computer engineer, I include anatomy, physiology and neuroscience in our non-religious explorations of reality and consciousness.

We'll practice yoga and meditation in the dedicated practice room of our spacious, sunny home. We'll share tea and a light lunch in the dining room with beautiful views of the French Alps.
